We also have expertise in the design of extensions and alterations to existing buildings including conversions. We work for either firms of developers or private clients, designing both buildings and the landscaping scheme around them.

Being a small design company we have the advantage of being able to work closely with our clients, which helps us to understand their individual requirements.

We are familiar with all aspects of the planning process, including Listed Building Applications, work in Conservation Areas and Building Regulations.

We are able to help our Clients every step of the way, from the initial designs to the finished product. Over thirty years experience in residential design puts us in a position to offer valuable advice on every aspect of the process.

Whether you already have a builder in mind or would like some recommendations, we can supply working drawings for your builder to work from, or produce the full tender package to send out to a number of companies.

We can also arrange for the construction work to be done directly through ourselves as part of a single package.
