Winner of the Harrogate District Award for Environmental Excellence 2001 this is a small development of five properties.

Two properties were conversions and the other three were refurbishments of existing properties.

The overall design philosophy was to retain the original character, preserving existing features and removing only inappropriate modern additions to the buildings.
